This is not the correct date?
Then you have a person call and tell my husband that they talked to me which they didn't they called and left a message. So far I am not impressed.
First you change the original set up date.
then they arrive without proper items to do our install.
Then i get messages about a day and time and then they call and tell my husband they spoke to me. We have dealt with three different technicians. Today they were suppose to come with everything, so I hope they did.
Also I have a question, why is it if they install it on the roof it is normal waived fees right now and free but if you need a pole it cost over $100 for the pole?
Also, we missed your deal and I was wondering if only new costumers get the deals when they come out or can costumers get it too?

Hello Tracy,

Sorry for the trouble’s you've had to experience with your install. This is in no way how we conduct business with our customers, I truly apologize you had to go through these issue’s with your dealer. The reason why the techs request additional payment for pole mounts are for any additional work or equipment (concrete, trench, more cable, fishing cable through walls etc).

I would be more than happy to review your account and see how I can assist further.  Please send me your account and contact info to

A standard installation pole mount includes:
• The pole
• 3 bags (120 pounds) of quick set concrete
• 20 feet of trenching and cabling

The pipe in that size by itself isn't cheap, either.

Thank you for your response.
I realize things are expensive but 100 for a pole, concrete and wire seems a little high to me.

my account number is  303409047

there is no trench because the wire is ran above ground from the satelight to the house.

$90 to $125 is pretty standard for a pole mount for Exede. The pole and concrete will cost about $50. More than 20 feet of trenching justifies some additional as well - usually about $1 to $2 per foot. The installer is required to either use burial cable or regular cable inside conduit. If he left it on top of ground you should be able to ask for someone to return and bury it without any cost to you.
