  • We have had Exede since July. it's terrible. I don't like that 90% of the time the internet isn't working. It's slow and frustrating when I am trying to complete school with it. I also am very frustrated at the cost of the early termination fee. I detest

Have you checked your status page to see if you have an installation problem? I'm pretty happy overall.  Are you unplugging your MODEM and router from the wall plug every few days for 15 seconds?
