Slow speeds

Constant packet loss of 25-50% sometimes even higher. At this point I'm ready to get out of my contract. The only thing they ever say is it's high traffic. It does this EVERY day at the same time. 7pmEST to around 12amEST. My connection quality never reaches over 40%. I believe the installers go for the minimum required specs instead of going for maximum results.

I have had the same problem for a very long time !! I was told by my wireless phone carrier that very same thing with Exede...I can`t even use the phone at night during the same time frame..Cuts in and out from the packet loss..
