Work 7 days a week(7am-7pm), was finally able to get off work early on Sunday at 1pm and came home to slow speeds again. I understand the spring break and when to use to service, but that should be the time I get speeds I pay for. Did a speed test and got 3.4mps.Not what I pay for. I am on the Freedom plan with speedboost. Extra 10 a month for speed..lol... So this is my question... Called customer service and was told to switch to the 50 gig liberty plan and this would help my speeds. Im not expert on this service but how is that going to help my speeds? Got switched to Tier 2, and was told the same thing. Was told the beam I am on is oversold and they were having a lot of calls from Alabama. She went on to tell me I will probably just have to except the slow speeds and if I want to try to switch plans to see if that fixes speeds. She ran a test and was getting 4.5 and the beam averages were 5.3,6.2,4.5,3.2. Never had speed issues until a month ago when they offered the Freedom plan for 3 weeks then removed it. I am extremely frustrated and would like a answer on what is being done about this.
