Slowest internet speed ever!

I've had this internet only since 2/25/17....and ever since day 1... it's been molasses speed.  So frustrating.  I called customer service and we ran speed test....  barely comes to over 1  mbps.  I'm unable to watch anything On Demand with my Directv because all it keeps telling me is that the internet speed is slow.  And again...this is since day 1.  I feel like I'm just wasting money on both ends with my cable and internet because I can't enjoy either one.  All customer service said was "maybe there are too many people on it right now".   But even during the day when only one person is at home...it's still turtle speed.  Unsure of what to do at this point.  I currently have the Freedom 150 GB plan and it SUCKS!   I'm not even close to being a happy customer!

I wish I had the Freedom plan! I am stuck with the "best" plan in my area, a 30GB cap. Oh and welcome to Exede's terrible speed.

same problem with me. I wish I knew at the beginning how much Exede would screw us over and lie to us just to get in with them. My internet was working great for the first 3 months. like day in day out non stop usage and then out of the blue the network was "congested" bunch of lies. why wasnt it congested before? thats stupid and I cant wait to get out of this stupid contract.

Excede can check your modem for you to see if it is functioning correctly.You should message them on Facebook about your problems.
