I've had this internet only since 2/25/17....and ever since day 1... it's been molasses speed. So frustrating. I called customer service and we ran speed test.... barely comes to over 1 mbps. I'm unable to watch anything On Demand with my Directv because all it keeps telling me is that the internet speed is slow. And again...this is since day 1. I feel like I'm just wasting money on both ends with my cable and internet because I can't enjoy either one. All customer service said was "maybe there are too many people on it right now". But even during the day when only one person is at home...it's still turtle speed. Unsure of what to do at this point. I currently have the Freedom 150 GB plan and it SUCKS! I'm not even close to being a happy customer!
