Slow speeds

My Exede internet is so slow.....all the time and it didn't used to be, are there too many people trying to use the service you are providing. Also, all four lights blink all......the time. I am one person using the service and it is terrible!!!!!!

By blink, I am guessing that you mean a steady repetitive blink and not the flickering type of blink that occurs when data passes through.  If that is the case, then your modem is stating that there is a fault condition, which certainly could explain why your speed is slow.  If I were to hazard a guess, I would say that the cable between your modem and tria (the box on your dish) has degraded, or that your dish has somehow gotten out of alignment.  In any event, my recommendation is that you email exedelistens@viasat.com, reference this thread and have them troubleshoot your problem.

I agree with Xode 100%.  Send us an email with your account info.  Though with all four lights blinking, that's a tech visit, most likely.  Unplug your modem from everything, including the coax and ethernet.  Let it sit for a minute or more, then plug it back in.  If it's still showing the same blinking, I'd suggest skipping the email and calling Care at 866-945-3258 to set up a service call.
