15mbs is absolutely great! You can't even tell the difference between 15 and 25mbs. You will probably only get 25mbs during limited periods of low congestion. You are on a very good beam and you are not guaranteed 25mbs. You will not get ANY sympathy on here with those kind of speeds for a satellite internet. You are a lucky one. Stop checking your speed and enjoy your speed that other people can't get.
And never post your personnel info on this forum, like your acc. #. Everyone can see it, even bad guys who don't have Viasat.

Donnie,
If you're still looking for support (we've been out of the office the past two days), you can send us an email at ViasatListens@viasat.com. Be sure to include your account number and phone number attached to the account.

You are paying for up to 25 mbps and are getting up to 25 mbps. What seems to be the problem?

A lack of full transparency within some sales channels - actually HughesNet does handle this a bit better over in their community - posting the redacted results of sales call reviews for everyone to see as well as the resolution including the occasional cancel without penalty.

Once someone replies, comments (or even likes) a response, your window of opportunity to self-edit or self-delete slams shut. Even then be aware that email notifications, including the the text of posts, are being sent to those who have notifications turned on and the horse has left the barn at that point.
P.S. Unfortunately, Viasat doesn't really make it clear what the intent and purpose of the community is and new folks tend to come in here thinking it's a direct support venue and complaint central - often with guns a blazing yielding predictable results.
