The past week the speed has slowed to a CRAWL in the evenings. We have NOT maxed usage. We called last night and were told that our satellite was working at 98% capacity. That's fine, but we are PAYING big money for High speed! We have enough problems staying within our limit before the month is over, I do NOT appreciate having slowed speed when I should have high speed. This should NOT continue. What are you (Exede) going to do to fix this?
