Very disappointed with my service so far. It's splotchy, doesn't work half the time. I called last week and asked why, they said we ran out of data. I upgraded the plan to 25gb. It started working great right after. Four days later it just stopped working. Said we were connected but nothing worked. I log in to excede online thru my verizon card and it says we have 16 days left on the billing cycle and have used 6.3mg..... Also, when it does work only one person can be connected and it doesn't work for the other person. So frustrating.
