I have been having problems with slow speeds during the so called "free unlimited zone". here is is 4 am and there is nothing wrong with my modem and my download speed is 17.8 KB? It has been like this for a week straight! Really? This is worse than dial up! I just had my satellite realigned just two weeks ago. So it is not that either! And I have also had issues of my data being used up way before I think it should be also! Which I will start to document. If Excede does not solve these issues then I may have to drop their service. They obviously are not keeping their side of the contract. And after I start to document this stuff I wouuld like to see them take me to court or collections. I dont think it is any coincdence that there are others having issues also. This is a joke!
