Slow speeds.

I am complaining again about how fast this product has become. Since your techs repositioned my dish the speed has nearly stopped. All the videos take forever just to open and when they do then they keep trying to update. Whatever your people did to my dish has made your product next to impossible to use. The last time I complained I was told that the speed was where it is supposed to be. I'm telling you it is not the same. If you cannot fix this problem, I will have to cancel my subscription and go to a different company.

I see you post was around 8:30pm which is within the "Peak Usage" time between 5pm and 2am. If you read the contract you signed, it clearly says "UP TO" your package speed, and that means if they supply you 0.01Mbps they're fulfilling their end of the contract. If you cancel before the contracts agreement they will charge you a cancellation fee.

So really nothing you can do...
But you can call their support and complain again, they will sen a tech out in the day, the speed will be fine, and you're back to square one.

Been going through the same thing for the last 3 nights. I call every time and they say nothing is wrong. Well, something has definitely changed.

During our peak hours when the network is at it's busiest some online activities may have trouble due to the capacity of the network. We are routinely working to better manage our traffic and have seen improvements in many areas that were suffering from slower speeds during our busiest hours. You should still have connectivity but if you have issues where you can't load or surf websites, please call us at 855-463-9333
