Slow speeds

The trick with this company is to have low expectations and be happy with what you get Speeds vary for me all the time having checked them with many data speed apps even in the LNFZ This is what monopolys look like when the options are few in rural communities There doesn't really appear to be a real system in place with data flow monitors except I order to bill usage. 1-5 average MBPS I appears to be my norm with occasional flows that are better . Good thing I base my happiness on other things

Have you contacted someone at Exede about your speed? During the first half or better of the LNFZ this is about the new normal due use, but not otherwise.

Was wondering if your dish could be just a hair out of line. When I had Wildblue and was getting very slow speed they came out and tweaked my dish. Think LNFZ is having slow speeds now is because people setting computers up for big downloads at that time.

Thanks for the feed back I was tool by the installer that the dish either worked or it didn't work so I have operated on that premise The dish must be correct for my speeds jump up to 10-15 mobs sometimes so it must be lined up. When speeds are slow I switch to my Verizon 3 g as a back up. And yes I do use LNFZ at 12:01. And could be a lot of action. Thanks again.
