Slow speed trouble

Our speeds have been as slow as dial up lately. We are paying for up to 25 and were told that we would not have less than 10 when we shopped around prior to buying. It's been so slow we can't even get close to using our data this month. I called to see if there is anything they could do and she started the trouble shooting only to stop half way through to say that the slow speed is normal for this time of day and that they can't finish the trouble shooting if we don't have a computer to plug our modem directly into. She even suggested that I call back when I get a computer and she might could finish the trouble shoot but to be sure to do earlier in the day. This is pathetic!!!! And I can't believe I have to pay for this crap.

Hi Jackie, We are so sorry to hear about the disappointingexperience. We are committed to serving the needs of our customers.  Please send an email to We're here to help.

Congestion does play a significant role in slow speeds. The accuracy of any speed test is not an accurate reflection of the speeds during that time frame.

@exede You have a responsibility to capacitise the system properly when users are typically on line. @Exede is loosing all credibility it once had.

I too have VERY slow speeds in the evening, starting around 2pm, and around 5pm, I can't even get 1Mbs! I too am paying for 25Mbs download, but I'm not even getting 1Mbs, so please tell me how that's even fair, and how can you continue to charge people full rate when you're not fulfilling what we're paying.

Is there another satellite we can connect to or are you guys going to put another one up?

How is this even fair?????
