Our speeds have been as slow as dial up lately. We are paying for up to 25 and were told that we would not have less than 10 when we shopped around prior to buying. It's been so slow we can't even get close to using our data this month. I called to see if there is anything they could do and she started the trouble shooting only to stop half way through to say that the slow speed is normal for this time of day and that they can't finish the trouble shooting if we don't have a computer to plug our modem directly into. She even suggested that I call back when I get a computer and she might could finish the trouble shoot but to be sure to do earlier in the day. This is pathetic!!!! And I can't believe I have to pay for this crap.
