Slow speed after reset

I have the 150g unlimited and everything was fine until 2 days ago when I hit my cap. Im fine with that, it is what it is. But my reset was today and I am currently at 3.3 gigs for the day but I can not get videos to load tonight. I did a speed test and I am at 2.85 download. Any solutions? Ive never had trouble after my time resets getting speeds back.

Is your video data extender turned off or on? If on you will see speeds like that for streaming video.

Which Unlimited do you have? Gold, Silver or, Bronze. Not all services automatically adapt to the lower resolution for streaming. You will not be able to stream HD (1080) videos on any unlimited plan and, while streaming, speeds are reduced. Make sure the video you want to stream is not being delivered in a higher resolution than your plan supports and, do speed tests when you aren't attempting to load a video.

For wthat it is worth, it took a day for my “de-prioritized” speeds to come back after my month reset.

What James said above might be the culprit.  If you're not getting full speeds after the data reset, try rebooting the modem.  Let it sit unplugged for a minute or two, and plug it back in.  That should correct the issue.  If not, call back into Care and have them escalate.
