Slow service

I sit here with a lousy speed and not a dam thing I can do about it. Pay high $$ for nothing.
Exede doesn't care about the terrible service they provide. Keep people on the phone line running stupid tests and rebooting modem and resetting systems all for nothing. They have over sold the entire network and they don't do anything to resolve these issues. They will not admit that they are ripping customer off on a daily basis. When you pay for XYZA and only receive X, but we the customer have no way to get satisfaction except by complaining here. Just wish there was something else I could get.
