Slow/No Internet Connection

For approximately 2-3 weeks we have not been able to connect to the internet. The television seems to be working fine.

I'm confused. What does your television have to do with being able to connect to the internet?

Hi Paula, that is very alarming to hear that your internet service through Exede has not been working for over 3 weeks. Please send me your account and contact information to as we need to review your modem and get this issue resolved for your as soon as possible thank you.

Have you tried unplugging your modem and plugging it back in?
