SLOW internet and says I have used 3.5 on my first day of CYCLE

I checked my usage and it says i have already used over 3,5G of my 10 that I was told unlimited high speed internet with no cap ???? Not only that but I am also being billed for phone service I do not have. you have misled me to believe Another lie !!! IM 81 and can walk faster then this service I am being provided. I tried to call 800 number about my bill it said to call the company that signed me up. So I called them and their number is disconnected. This makes me vary unhappy and I am being scammed as and elderly disabled person. Call me at the number listed on my account...

Ours just recycled today and with computers not being on and no one home  .....  3.5 Gb have been used up.

Hum, I'm about 10 days into my cycle and this mid-morning had a download of 15.8 and upload of 6.5 using the speedtest.net application over WiFi. At night in busy prime time hours it drops to about 5 or 6 download. BTW I'm in Hawaii and I am 6 hours behind of EST (just for reference).

The quality has gone down so badly since I signed up quite a few years ago when they started the service. I don't even try and get on YouTube.com after 12 AM anymore as it constantly buffers and freezes. The GB's fly away despite having my computer set up to NOT automatically download updates, and it is so slow in general that it's almost as bad as being back on dialup! I figured, well, things will get better in '16 like they said but that is not the case at all and now we are almost in '17!. Unfortunately, many of us on Exede don't have any other options way out in the country. Used to be so fantastic...alas, no more. :(
