Type in 192.168.100.1 in your browser and post what you see for cable resistance, attenuation, and RxSNR. We can help you determine what may be your problem with these numbers. Also, call your installer or Exede Customer Support at 866-945-3258 for faster assistance.

We need not router as when sign up under Dict tv they said u guys would supply us with one for 9.99 a month right

Exede does not provide routers. Your dealer may sell you one but there is no monthly fee. You can get good reliable routers for around $50 at Wal Mart, Best Buy, Amazon, etc.

Alternatively, you can email us at exedelistens@viasat.com and we can look at your set up and if need be schedule an appointment. Of course, we do sometimes see the weather affect your service but it should be back to normal after a storm.
