I am on freedom plan with 25 + , setting on my devices are on low quality , last night ,  home alone , one laptop in use and my speed ? 0.49!!!!! Century link was better

Same here!!! Have had the Freedom pkan about 3 weeks and was very happy. The last 3-4 days speeds have been horrible! Never had this happen on the 30 gig liberty pass. Why even offer this plan if I am not able to enjoy the extra data? Called customer seevice on Monday and was told to reset modem. Never had to reset my modem before the Freedom plan so why now? I used to read about people complain about there speeds disappearing and just thought they were complainers but I see now what they are talking about. Ordered 25 meg speedboost and not recieved yet but if it doesnt clear this up might have to try someone else! Was a faithful costumer but this is awful. Couldnt even stream Netflix last night at lowest settings!

Ugh, its so infuriating to complain about < 1 Mbps speeds during peak hours, then they just log in and do a speed test at 9:00AM the next day and pretend everything is working fine.

Wow, Jeff!  You are lucky.  Last night I was getting .041mbps.  Even emails would not load properly.

We *had* Freedom 150 + Boost 25 and were fairly happy with it until the last couple of days when we noticed our download speeds dropping off. We thought it was just temporary, but it was still slow this morning.

So, I called customer service. After some checking, they told me that we are now on a 12 Mbps Freedom 150 plan now and that Boost 25 has been discontinued in our area (western Oregon).*

So, the main reason we signed up with Exede (25 Mbps) is now gone, with no notice.

Great way to treat your customers, Exede.

* To add insult to injury, Exede customer service informed me that the Freedom 150 plan is also being dropped in our area, too.

Reset is their standard answer, next it will be the "up to" 25Mbps response. I seldom get over 5 during normal viewing time. I complain and get same answers. I have Boost 25 150 Plan.

It's that way for me every night.  For three eeks I got good service.  Exceeded my datacap, so I upgraded to 150.  It has been deplorable ever since with speeds at night of 0.50mbps.  Exceeding my data cap was impossible.  I cut back to the cheapest plan I could get since I was not getting near what I was paying for.  Still get 0.50 in the evenings.
