Can anyone help me trouble shoot this? I've had slow download speeds for the last few weeks and called Exede tech support today only for them to tell me they can't help me because I'm on a Mac operating system. My download speeds vary from .09 mbps - 6 mbps. I'm paying for a pricey plan with high data and faster speed and it's very frustrating that I can't get the tech support for that price. I've rebooted/restarted my modem/computer several times and no change. Help.
