As for no internet, this forum is not a direct link to contact Exede nor is this linked in any way to your account. You'll need to contact us via email at email@example.com with your contact information and we can look at this for you. As for the hold time there's no way we'd ever have a customer on hold that long. The call was most likely disconnected. emailing us or calling 855-463-9333 will get you the appropriate help you need
