I'm Sitting on my. Couch at 3am typing this, why you ask? It I s the Only time we can use this service.. T the plan size doesn't matter has I have tried a couple of them. We have over 15 devices connected and I told the installer this and he told me that I will be very happy and tall the devices will be able to work,
My family spends a lot time online, and that's not changing but I will switch if I can fine a better service

Im suing exede and I went to Hughesnet. For same price I paid exede my service is great unless its raining.

The Exede salesperson/tech lied to you, tsk tsk, never happens, lol!  Sorry, all I can do is joke at this point, I too sometimes get up at 3 am if I want to send an email!

Well, welcome to EXEDE, crookest bunch in the internet business. Let me share this month's story. I used their usage page where you can track your data. I am sitting at work 10 miles from my home, nothing is on EXCEPT their modem. I watched my data go from 1.4 to 2.5, to 4.2. I checked their thing that tells you what you are using, it was 75% updating. The only thing running was their modem, so essentially, All my data usage is apparently going so their modem can update. Astonishingly, my data was gone again by fourth day. They do not put the link to this data info on any of their pages because they don't want you to know they are robbing you and if you could link to the page, you would find out. PATHETIC!!!

Hi Jason,

Unfortunately 15 devices will DESTROY your data limit even with best practices to avoid "data hogs". They'll work with the service no problem but even if say 10 of those devices did 1GB per month (far from a stretch to believe) that's the limit for some of our smallest plans. If you'd like to, please email us at exedelistens@viasat.com and we can see if something like streaming or updates may be taking a lot of your data. It's very possible that even the updates alone on that many devices can eat your data up. I'd like to look at your account either way so please email me
