Since I have fulfilled my 2 year obligation, what do I have to do IF I decide I want to cancel

Hi Barb, We certainly don't want you to leave use. We are so happy
you have been with ViaSat/Wildblue for two years and hope you stay for two
more! If you decide to do so you can contact the customer service team at
855-463-9333. The will walk you through the complete disconnect process
including sending a box for equipment and disconnect disclosures. A disconnect
must be done with a live person.
