Silver25 vs Liberty30

 I have been a customer around 5 months & have not had any issues really, other than MY OWN memory & the HOW TO'S. Well, I called in tonight was going to cut my losses, go to a lower plan. The lady informed me I was on Liberty30 & now am offered Bronze, Silver or Gold - UNLIMITED. SMH Not only have I been paying too much but I've been restricted all month. I'm sorry I don't remember the ladies name(s) tonight but everyone helped me a Great Deal, VERY POLITE & took the time to EXPLAIN in SIMPLE TERMS what I didn't understand. I have been VERY HAPPY with your service and NOW you are SAVING ME MONEY!!??
 
I came from HughesNet, where, it went out when the wind blew, couldn't use my phone & customer support, SMH I DREADED THOSE calls. They would be so hateful because I didn't understand or ask them to repeat what they said or they'd send me to a different company that wanted me to PAY $75 to tell me how to reset my WiFi password. I'd be so stressed out with them & always felt bad about myself because of my disability.
 
I HAVE TO SHOUT IT OUT LOUD & CLEAR ...YA'LL ARE A GREAT & I AM 1 HAPPY LADY TONIGHT!! YIPPY!! SAVING MONEY & HAVE MORE DATA!! WHO CAN BEAT THAT??!! 

SHHHHH DON'T TELL MY HUSBAND BUT we may be taking a vacation with the extra money this year!!

BTW I was GOLD30 Liberty30 & I went with SILVER25 Unlimited now I'll have MORE & pay LESS!!

Now that you've upgraded from a 30 gigabyte plan to a 150 GB plan for less money, you will now have the ability to complain about your speeds after 150 GB.

Sorry there's others not very happy with the service of VIASAT but this customer is and I don't mean to brag but it is working well in my area and I am out in the country, in the middle of no where as they say! The speed aren't bad, yes as VIASAT said there are certain times of the day their service might be lower speeds than other times, the ping is always very high, lower that and we'd be great! I do have to say morning and daytime till about 6 are awesome times for me on the internet, after 6 somewhat lower speeds but still happy internet surfer! Good luck to others, hope it'll improve for you all after their new system is up and running in February! I'm on the Silver 25 plus my boost too and 150 unlimited plan!

I can switch to higher resolutions watching youtube or whatever video if I want and than make sure I switch it back to that websites resolution so if I want to watch something again I won't be switching back and forth. I don't mind how well I see the videos now online, not bad at all, I'm not a huge video watcher online anyhow!
