SIlver unlimited past month gotten very slow

Been happy with my exede service up till past month. i use to speed test anywhere from 8-20 mbps and now its consistently under 2. Apps on phone hardly load sometimes and Netflix on TV is blurry even though i am suppose to be getting 480p. Sigh. overly priced product that was oversold. I am central Wisconsin and there are not even plans available in my area code 54437 anymore they so oversold

Hi Opie,  Please send an email to viasatlistens@viasat.com. with your account and contact information and allow us to review your account regarding the slow speeds.  There are many reason that speeds slow down.

I am in western wisconsin, viasat JAMED the beam here and today 7/13/18 internet was out for long time 54021
