sign in not working

I am signing in with the right username and password an not wokong or letting me log on
i checked Cap key and it's not on..'

Hi Paul, Are you sure you are using the correct password or
username? What are you logging into, your email account or my.exede.net account?
I tend to use the wrong one several times a day and can't get to where I want
to go. We can certainly reset your password or username. Please send your
account and contact information to exedelistens@viasat.com. You can make
changes to your account by visiting my.exede.net as well.
