What is the correct portal for signing in to see your usage for wildblue/excede after setting up a new user/password? This has been very frustrating!

I believe you are trying to access My.exede.net.  If you are having issues, please send me an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with your account and contact information.  I am more than willing  to assist you in gaining access to your online account.

I actually just suddenly started having a problem signing on to that website which had never happened before.  After I entered my password , it would look like my page was opening up but then "planinvalid" would appear in the address bar at the end of the address and I would get an alert which said "oops! your exede plan is no longer valid" and then something about contacting customer service if this problem continued.  So I called customer service and was told they are doing maintenance on that site and that there is nothing wrong with my account...that no one has access while they are doing this maintenance.  I made the suggestion that, using common sense, why didn't they put up an alert that they were doing maintenance, rather than telling people their plan was invalid.....then I wouldn't have had to make the call and wouldn't have been wondering what was wrong with my account.

I'm sorry Lorrie. /: I know maintenance can pose a degree of inconvenience. Getting ahold of the schedule is constant topic of conversation and we are working on ways to be able to get this information out to our customers. Sorry again and I hope everything is back up and running for you.

It is back up, and wasn't any real problem except i got worried when I saw that "invalidplan" notice.
