I have had this internet service for three months, speed is almost nonexistent. I asked when I signed up if there was enough speed to watch movies and tv, I was told there was. I can’t hardley watch a rented movie at all. And when I do it’s constantly reducing to SD. I’m about sick of it and ready to go back to sat tv. When I call they say reboot and it changes nothing. Then they say it’s because of internet traffic, well, it’s an internet service why can’t they provide enough service for everyone! I pay for unlimited data, but it’s not unlimited, it hardly works!
Stephen, I was signed up by the local elite retailer, installer. I was informed that's who I need to contact in my area by one of the mods on this forum. So I went to viasat.com and put in my Zipcode to find a local retailer. Just so happens to be an "elite" retailer which makes it even more interesting.
