So, I just got off the phone (after having such a crappy experience with a terribly mean individual via chat) with John from the Exede Customer Care Center.... John, I hope you see this, cause you totally ROCK! Thank you for listening to everything I had to say and for being so kind and caring... and most of all understanding. Everyone who calls in should be treated with the same amount of respect as you gave me this evening. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

And to Rusty J who I spoke to via chat... I'm not sure what you're problem is or why you decided to treat me so poorly, but I hope you wake up tomorrow with a much more positive outlook. Perhaps you should look more kindly on those who are seeking help from you.

I really enjoy seeing these kind of posting. I know it maybe difficult for some to stay POSITIVE when dealing with customer service be it Exede or any other company for that matter, but being positive should almost always render good results between the customer and service providers. GREAT POSTS.
