OMG! I was just told by a customer service rep that he was not going to DEBATE with me wether or not I paid my bill and what my thoughts are on Exede service. I called into to change my service because it did not matter how many gigs I purchased, the service was used up in 10 days and was super slow. I was told to do it online, so I did and because I was unsure I picked the wrong thing so it placed a hold on my service plan change. I called back to day to ask why and now they want me to pay for an entire month of 30 gigs when I now only have 12. I was put on hold for 30 mins and never got a response. I called back and the A-Hole on the phone basically told me TOO BAD, so I told him where to go and now I am back on hold waiting for a supervisor. AllI can say is I'm Shocked!
