i was assured the liberty 10 plan would never slow below 1mbps by county wide broadband in michigan. and i would always be able to stream netflix even after priority data was used up. but... my nightmare begins. 2 year contract for a service that wont fill my needs. liberty pass speed last night at 7pm was . 018 mbps. at the end of the day its my fault for falling into the trap, i knew in my gut it was to good to be true. hopfully the freedom plan comes to my area soon.

If you read the policies they are somewhat vague in regards to speeds in Peak times on the Pass.  We are experiencing periods of maybe 30 minutes to several hours where we can't do anything at all while in Pass mode during the 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Peak usage times.  Up until last week, getting close to around 1 MB as the slowest speed (sometimes a bit slower) was the norm on Pass mode no matter what time of day it was.  During non-peak hours I would normally get speeds at or near 5 Mbps (sometimes higher).

As of last week (4.21.2016 ish) it seems in our area they started enforcing more stringent limitations on the Liberty Pass speeds.  Since then we have been experiencing the disconnects.  Getting .018 Mpbs  (What is that 18 Kbps?) is quite low.  I have seen my speeds dip like that on rare occasions, but it is usually only for a few minutes at most and may have been totally unrelated to Exede.

I think they are still working on things and hopefully will make some adjustments to make things work a little better soon.
