Servicing an ODU no installers or techs available

I've been reporting an issue with my service and constantly going over the data cap for over a year now.  I recently called I think it's the 8th time to report a problem that needs to be FIXED NOW .....and was given an order #18868098  FINALLY  (this person at Exede seemed to finally realize I really did have an issue with the equipment )    and 2 phone numbers to call to get this done 903-583-7181 and 903-664-4900   The first phone number is a Magic Jack customer answer machine or voice mailbox of some sort I've left 4 messages and no one has called back.. the 2nd phone number is a busy signal 24/7 for over 2 weeks now... So no one is available to take my call at either "Service Technician" numbers I was given by Exede to adjust my ODU .. I've been going over data for over a year now and cannot get anyone to help with this. I am constantly buying more data. I am beyond TICKED OFF.. you people have no idea.. 
 I was a WILDBLUE customer and I don't know how it got changed to EXEDE but I so wished it hadn't.

They're probably the same company. They're satellite installers, TV repair, and seemingly anything else electronic that makes money. They have listings on AngiesList, Google+, Facebook. Start leaving contacts. Below is an email address for whom I believe to be the owner of both.

Yes, I think I've found all of that in my search for them.. the Aersats was the original name and they were located in Bonham TX and were the original installers of my ODU. The only thing I have not tried in trying to get in touch with them is their facebook page,, thanks I will try that next.. I just didn't think it was up to me to go on a witch hunt to find someone to service the equipment.. How can that even be right?

Start leaving messages everywhere you can find them. Try Angieslist as well.

Complain to the BBB if there is one nearby. BBB has no leverage but a letter from them might get a response.

yes I have left messages anywhere there is a way to do so.. Yes BBB is my next thing.. AG's office of Texas is next after that if someone doesn't get this fixed.

I like the AG's office. I hadn't thought of that.

Registered letters to addresses also get a lot of attention if you haven't tried that.

Have you considered letters to the Via Sat BOD? I've done this with other companies in other situations. I'm pretty certain the letters never actually make it to a BOD member but they sure do get attention...and fast.

@Exede Diana , this will be the 8th or 9th time I've emailed about this what makes you think this will be any different.. But sending the email in 1 minute. and exede somebody or other will give me the same information I've been given for a yr. directly off their "cheat sheet".

Well shouldn't exede be up to date on service people in our individual areas?  why are they giving out defunct information on techs in the area?

@exede Lindsey. is this the guy I talked to on the phone 2 hours ago? I have yet to receive an email that HE said he would send that reiterates what we discussed on the phone. EMAIL, NOT forum post. I was promised some type of Sales Channel contact from someone local to come and check this equipment ODU within 72 hours. So far I'm still waiting on the very first email mentioned during the phone conversation .. and yes the person I talked to quoted back my email address while on the phone with HIM. So I guess he lost my email address?  Yes I have patience.. I've been dealing with this issue for over a year now. And continue to wait for the email confirmation of the phone conversation from this morning that indeed someone has been contacted about this issue.. I will be waiting another month? 2? 6? 12? months.. just curious...
