Service has been down part of the night and all day today (15th)

I just wondering if there is a problem on your end or mine. I have not had internet service since last night and it is still down.

I called tech support and had set up a service call. She was saying it was on my end. After we had hung up internet came back up and worked fine. When I called in to cancel my appointment (after a 30 minute wait) I had gotten a recording saying that you were having problems all along and it wasn`t even on my end.

Please keep us updated. The agent you spoke with at the time may not have been aware of any initial issues if they were not updated on our maintenance board. I apologize for any inconvenience that this caused you.

If you ever have this issue again, please feel free to email us. We try to be on top of things as much as possible with the information we hand out, but if we don't have an update on our board, it makes it difficult to pass on that information to customers like yourself.
