Service up and down past 10 days

For the past week to 10 days we are constantly having to reboot our sat modem The third light down goes into a constant flickering state and though the panel will eventually go all green after ranging, failing, and starting all over again. - it shows disconnected on the customer side. Regardless of what's done. Direct connect to modem. Via router. Makes no difference. Once you can actually get through to biz customer service (they only staff it business hours) other than admitting to a large outage a few days ago. They have no explanation. Our beam is oversold. We pay 300 a month for business grade service and the is the best we can get?

Are others having these issues ?

This happens ever several months. Settles down. Then repeats itself.
