service tech went above & beyond

Poor guy had to come to my house at 10:00at night. DDespite my numerous calls complaining about my modem not working properly they would never send someone out until finally it went out forgood. He was supposed to come on a Saturday but he had a closed calendar. So they scheduled him for tonight about 7:00. Guess he ran into problems because it was 10:00 before he got here. My complaint is NOT with this service tech. He went above and beyond to help. Its with all the people I talked to prior who should have sent someone out weeks ago and then we wouldn't have been in this position. I only wish I had some homemade cookies to send home with him.

Modem had a short in it! Again LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! When they call and tell you that service is continually cutting out and you are constantly having to restart modem.. might be time for the customer to have a new modem!!!!!!!!!!

I have had problems with service guys in the past had taken days off of work only to not have them show. I am waiting right now for a service man to come because my modem just goes out at the drop of a hat. he was supposed to be here yesterday between 12 and 5 called at 7:30 PM and said he would be here between 8 and 10 AM. I have called him back this morning at 9:30 AM and he changed it again to 1 PM. It's now 2:24 and not even a call ! I'm ready to cancel
everything and go with another provider!!!!
