I have literally been with this company two months and already have a bitter taste in my mouth! The WORST customer service I've ever had.

Skip - I have been a customer for almost 12 years and have had good service the entire time.  Yes, if something isn't right you should contact support and have it fixed.  This isn't fiber-optic and one must have realistic expectations of the technology, however.
