Service slow

This rant has been about 2 weeks coming.

I've been a customer for about 2 years now, and I'm used to being DAPed.

I'm used to the slow speeds after being DAPed.

Pages still load (although it takes awhile).

It has gotten to the point now, NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING, loads.

Not even a simple Google page will load with just the logo and the search box.

I called Exede today, and there wasn't any problems with my modem or congestion in my beams. The man fixed the problem (temporarily) by adding 1 gig of data.

Has there been a policy change where Exede completely SCREWS people who have went over their cap? I mean christ, I'm used to slow speeds, but this is ridiculous.

Here's what I put on Facebook today:........An hr on the phone with Exede, mostly on hold and 3 separate calls but a supervisor finally lifted the speed restriction for the last wk of the month! They get terrible reviews. My 2 yr contract ended last month and the bill went up by $10 without explanation. I called and they offered to lower it by $20 for 6 months, which is nice, but 3 wks later....so slow it was unusable. This morning they said I was out of data and I said I know, I run out every month, but that means I get SLOW speed the rest of the month, NOT NO SERVICE. Thanks to Ashley in Monterey MX, I have service again.....

I asked for a supervisor, twice, The first time I gave up after 30 minutes on the phone but the second time, after a hold, I reached Ashley

I agree with the above complaints...when my 2-year is up, I am very quickly out of there!!

I only had to sign up for 1 year. Omg you poor person. I know xfinity is coming to our area soon even Hughes is a better choice at this pount
