Service shut down : My internet was cut off because of none payment. I had updated the payment info one month before. Due to some unknown reason my internet was shut down for non payment . I have been with wildblue/exede/viasat for years. I have always have automatic payment. why should i now be cut off for nin payment? I had the worst customer service experience ever dealing with Alejandro sticking to his script. No questions answered. If I have any more problems with viasat I am dumping them like a hot potato!!!!!!!!!

Mods, this sub's complaint is a common one.

I have heard more than once where a sub gets suspended, corrects the billing info & happens again a month or two later.

This is a chronic problem

It might have been set as a one-time as opposed to recurring. I'd have to look at the account individually to know for sure. please email viasatlistens@viasat.com with the information
