Service relocation

I asked that my service be moved to my new home on the same address. When the service was installed a new account was started under my credit card but Viasat failed to cancel the auto payment on the old account. We have been double billed for the past 16 months and no refund is being given. Why should we have to pay for service we were not using?

Even with the cheapest plan that would total $1,000, awesome not to miss that much money.
