We are getting fiber optic soon. 100Mbps upload and download or 1Gbps upload and download. Pricing is $49.95 and $79.95 respectively. Today I have almost no connectivity. Do you have anything competitive to offer?

Just hold out till your fiber is installed, of course they can't compete with that and it's frankly stupid to ask.

I have found many flaws in you and have not mentioned them, yet!

I don't own this thing.. "Get Satisfaction" does.....  I just want to know how to get that satisfaction.  The double-post is so random, no way to determine the cause.  It's only 3 evening classes a week, not a job, just a hobby.

Hi Robert

If you're able to get fiber optic you won't be needing satellite. Satellite internet is more for rural areas and small towns where that service will not expand to.

It wouldn't be the the fiber...  It's totally a Viasat thing.  Such a cool company and to think people actually come HERE and dirt on them! For that, they'll NEVER get invited to a Viasat party either.  If they try to spoil Viasat's forum... just think what they'd do at a Viasat party.  As the Queen of hearts once said  "Off with their heads!!"

Don't eat lots of fiber and garlic at the same time. Trust me.

Fiber optic cable was invented 13 miles from my house. Several of my neighbors worked on the team that invented it. Too bad neither they nor I am able to take advantage of what that fiber could do for us with TV or internet. We still have to rely on satellite for that. Just a little too far from the population centers.

I am a quarter mile from a Level 3 fiber run. They can run it through the property, they just don't want it to stop and stay awhile :(

There are four fiber cables buried in the ditch in front of my house, from four different ISPs, yet dial-up and satellite Internet are the only access available to me and my neighbors.  If I could get FO access I surely would.  So close, yet so far away...
