Well it looks like the rain detector is wrong because the sky is clear and still no service

What does http://192.168.100.1 show?  You should always be able to pull that page up since you are not going to the satellite.  If you post a screenshot, make sure you remove your personal account information first.

Also, weather both at your home and at your gateway can affect your connectivity. Your gateway is generally not near your home. You can contact Exede at the link below to find out if there is a weather issue at your gateway.

You  can also send your account and contact information as well as a brief description of the problem to exedelistens@viasat.com and, they will look into it and see what might be wrong.
