I was wandering if anyone else has seen the service configuration error on the Viasat app when it runs its diagnostics. I have been getting this error for months and no one can tell me what it is. I have been having some sluggish service recently weeks to months to be exact. I have done the modem reboot to many times to count plus several times on the phone with tech support. Naturally even after several times they want me to do that several times, the last time i was on the phone for 30 minutes, rebooted several times and told I would need to call back later as they are having issues and I am tired of spending time on the phone to be told to reboot. My numbers don't seem horrible but RX SNR only goes to 9.1 max and cable attenuation seems to fluctuate a lot. I am trying to figure out if this error the app keeps telling me during diagnostics (which its solution is to reboot the same as everything else) is causing this issue. The exact error reads : Service Configuration: We have detected a problem with our service configuration.
