The past 3 days now I been getting cut off from the internet persistantly, it happens here and there and only lasts for 10-15 seconds but its becoming so damn annoying, especially when Playing a game or doing a download....Whats going on?!

Exede don't support gaming that might be part of the problem the latency is to low,as for problem with downloads do not know enough about your setup.

no its not because I have been playing online gaming since I got this goofy internet way back in 2010 so its not it

I am having the same issue, I thought maybe it was my router, so I change three different routers and did not make any difference. I know there is a lot of bad weather out there, but my dish is clear. A few weeks ago, we had a big snow and the dish had snow on it and it still was fine. So I really do not know. But in a hour I can drop connection about 10 times or more. Never ever had any problems. Someone on here the other day said that there was some updates going on and that was what was causing it. I was unplugging my modem and switching out router, was about ready to go and get a new router when I went in and look at the modem and the lights was not flashing they were steady and lite. So I just do not know is it the weather, or a upgrade or do I have a problem? Now I will admit I was not on the computer that much today so I do not know. Tonight it has been fine so far. So for now, I am going to blame it on the weather. If I have issue tomorrow when the weather should be decent and I am on it longer we will see then. I did call my telephone company to see if they had DSL and no. So what choice do I have? NONE.. But I really do not have that much trouble with it, I really just wanted something cheaper and faster. I love the customer support you get on here. These people are the greatest and I am sure if I find out I am having a problem I will get it taken care of in no time. If you want to look at mine too, that would be great. I had a lot to do the other night on the net, and fought with it all night. But then again, the weather sucks and that means a lot.

And let me add to my book, I left above, Mine too has been the last 3 days. I still believe its all the bad weather.

if you like speed you don't want dsl,2-4 mpbs tops!!!
