3D Payment Security

Recently DDoS attack on our servers we thereby upgrading our database and payment security to 3D due to this action the credit card currently on file for Billing Account at Exede Internet has failed during automatic processing this may be caused by card could not pass the 3D Payment verification.
Please send a new card or update your payment information with complete details needed for 3D verification to verify your account and serve you better.
To update the 3D payment information on your account:
1. In your browser go to My Account.
2. Enter your main username and password and click the Sign In button.
4. Update Payment Method.
5. Update your Credit Card or eCheck on file and click the Save Settings button.

BWD, thank you. Can you forward the entire email to so that someone in the corporate office can put a stop to the phishing? Thanks for doing that for us all.

I reported this email today to our Cyber security team.  Hopefully they'll take care of it before any customers get fooled.
