Did you change the setup parameters for the new server in your email program? If you change the server names and other parameters, you can't be seeing your old account, although if all of the email has been moved over (like mine was), it can be hard to tell the difference.
I have a primary wildblue.net account that was migrated to the new platform and three secondary accounts still on the old platform. When logged on to the wildblue mail utility in my browser, it shows the new platform for the primary account and redirects to the old platform when logging in to secondary accounts. I had to create old and new server settings to access both platforms in order to send and receive emails through Thunderbird client. Exede instructions do not seem to provide for this separation of accounts.
