I have Viasat since January and it never work properly the 25mb “unlimited” it only worked good the trial month, then it never work good again, my daughter can’t do Homework, see videos or play with this connection, sometimes we can see Netflix, I called several times and no one fix the problem, in the first moment they always tell us we consume al Gb ( nice “unlimited” plan) then we wait until the next month and with all the GB it’s the same, they give us a case number and always give us different reasons for the problem but never fix it and if we want to leave they want us to pay the fee, we only want what we are paying (more than 110$ per month) or leave us alone we never received the service if you’re thinking to take this service think it twice, we expend more than 500$ in this company and they never give us what they told us in the first moment and now they don’t care about the service, only want our money and give excuses

If you have an alternative to satellite internet, that is what you should use for internet.

You didn't do your homework either. It is only unlimited because you don't get shut off when going over priority data. Satellite can't be used like hardwired broadband. Streaming Netflix will eat up your priority data quickly, then your speeds can be dropped to the point were the service barely works for even for the most minimal needs. All of this could have been discovered with a little Googling. Satellite internet customers need to be on a data diet.

The problem is it never work with or without the full data, they tell us that for skip the problem fast or maybe it is the usual why the people call them, but when we tell them to check the connection or when we have full data they tell us: You have a unstable connection it connects and disconnects we are going to fix it, call us tomorrow if the problem persists and they never fix it, when you call again they make a new excuse until you give them the case number or they check the connection and again the same: unstable connection. Then we expend all data and the first thing they say is that and again everything repeats.
They told us the limits of the unlimited before to contract the service, like I told at the first comment everything was good the trial month with all data the first 2 weeks and without data the other two even with the speed reduced and they admitted the problem with the connection, they send us a installer today to check and search the problem, let’s see what happens, anyway thank you for the explanation.
