Saw an ad in a magazine for a free tablet with an Exede account. Is there any way to get that for those of us that already have an account?

WOW! that would  be nice.  But the people that are devoted customer never get anything but the bill. I don't have a problem with Exede, I just have a problem with these companies that only look at new customer as if they are something special. So if you pay your bill every month, never late and continue with your contract, do plan on anything. You have to wait till your contract is up, cancel, then see what they have. Right now they already have you by the coco nuts.

Paul,

I am not familiar with this promotion.  It may be a third party dealer.  What were the details?

It was in Texas Co-op Power magazine. I'll try and remember to find it and get the specifics tonight when I get home from work (late).

yep, it looks like a third party promotion. If you call the listed number, it connects you with the NRTC Rural Broadband sales team. Since they are selling Exede Internet, I was hoping that it was an Exede promotion. Too bad, I could use a free tablet!   :-)

But wait! There's more...

Those who order in the next 15 minutes can also receive their choice of a free toaster or dinner ware ;)

Well Daniel then you would step into another 2 year contract. Not sure it's worth it, one more month and I'm giving them their phone back.

Here's the website with the offer from NRTC. Looks like an offer for new customers. http://www.texascooppower.com/

I just threw that away yesterday, but I'm sure it would be for new customers.
