Data drain

You may think that 30 GB allowance is enough but it is not. Every month i see the same thing "100% used of 30 GB allowance" Not to long after i pay the bill "$129.00" Now i need to buy more ?. But they say not to worry, You can buy more GB for a good price. NOT !  Run Run as fast as you can.

If you email us at exedelistens@viasat.com we can look at what's causing the drain. Also if it's in your area, you may find the Liberty package plans to be a suitable solution for you.

I used to have the same problem, but switched to a Liberty plan, and still get good download speeds even when I have used all my priority data. You might want to look into one of their Liberty plans to see if it will work for you.

Exede is screwing us I run out of data or almost run out every month I am just on the internet an hour to hour and half at night. We left for vacation and had 2.5 when we got home it was gone. I have 5 smart phones and 10g data we never use over 7. the new liberty plan does not help anything we should never be cut down below 1.5 when we run out. My phone company is installing a new internet service with unlimited data I will be cutting off exede
