Customer service issues

I'm an Excede customer the internet is great but they keep turning off my internet and multiple times called and everytime I call I get a different story is told to me getting very upset

Brittany, sorry they keep turning your service off that does seam a little strange. Send an email to and include the link to this post, your account number and best way to contact you. One of the mods here can hopefully look at your account and see what's going on and give you better answers.

I know the feeling. Weather at your house, weather at the gateway, satellite is broken, need a call out, we're working on it but can't say what's wrong, maintenance. I eve got told once the satellite up in space was broken and someone was going to fix it LOL.

Usually the problem is a bad install or trees, or of late clouds in certain areas. it has been rather more rainy than usual in my area, might be the same for you this past month or so.
