With a limitation on data each month, if I don't use all the Paid for data, why does it not carry over to the next month? Some months I go over and some months I don't reach the maximum that I pay for, yet if I go over and need good speed I have to pay to add data.

Hello Donna, I certainly understand your concerns, unfortunately at this time we do not have the option of rollover data nor have immediate plans to do so. As an Exede customer however, you do have the opportunity change your package at any time to better reflect your usage and needs. Feel free to give us a call at 866.945.3258 for any assistance regarding your account.

Well, you certainly should consider it. If one is paying for the gigs it would only be fair, but I understand that business' these days are only concerned with squeezing out every available buck. Why not reward the low bandwidth users if bandwidth is the problem you make it out to be? Raise the cost of the plans a little to help cover your horrendous loss. (sarcasm)

Yes Steve but it still shows that it was an issue in a lot of customers minds then and now, but a change to the policy is not even being considered, what it is again, Viasat Listens, hmmm, right. Not an issue for me with 150G, and my high use is 93G in a month, but with such small plans of priority data it would be worth Viasat's time to consider it.  Roll over data, 50% of unused data maybe rolled over for 30 days.
